New study shows cannabis use is increasing for cancer patients. The study was published in CANCER, a peer-reviewed journal of the American Cancer Society. It shows that about 1/4 of the patients surveyed used cannabis in the past year to treat their symptoms. It also reported that 75 % of those patients expressed a strong interest in increasing their knowledge about using cannabis during treatment.
